So I didn't see this mentioned on the other reviews so I want to make a point of it here. The angle anchor point to the other anchor point measures 14.5' out of the box. This is "by design" and was set by manufacturer as it accommodates stretching; but since I didn't know this before purchasing, it came up a little short for my needs. The product itself was well built and looked like it would hold up for quite awhile. When we were just testing it I noticed that is was quite a bit cooler under the shade. Having correct out of the box measurements and this would get this product 4 stars easily.

We purchased these to see how they would hold up in the open and in the weather where a typical canopy will not, our rear patio was a perfect example of where a canopy (tent like) would not last through a thunderstorm or high winds ( we have a 5 acre field behind us to the west ) so we get some good gusts and none of the canopies ever withstood any of that for long. I have to give these props, although I spent just as much on the hardware to hang them as the sails were to purchase they have held out great, water does penetrate the fabric so items on the deck do get wet but the alternative would be a hug pond of water in the sail if it did not leak through. They have gone thru sun, wind and rain and they have been up near two months now and look great, everybody that sees them asks "where can I get those" We have two 16 foot triangles primarly over a 12x13 patio, one over the top of the other with a 18 inch gap in between, it`s a very artsy look and keeps the sun off the patio plus I don`t have to run out into a lighting storm to try and tie down or dis assemble them to avoid disaster! Happy customer, shipping was fast and free!

we now have a small backyard in so. cal and get sun ALL day so really needed some shade- this great cover gives us a great triangle shaped spot of shade in the corner now. of course only really is helpful at shading when sun is straight above it near noon time- in early morn and after about 2 pm it is really pretty much useless but not the shades fault. feels like a tarp- it's a nice medium tan color- a bit darker than shown in the amazon page. still a nice color just a few shades darker. keep in mind that since it is the shape of a triangle you must have three high points equal distance to keep it up at. this was a bit challanging for us! good luck!

This was a great purchase for us. We needed a little shade in our back yard for an event we were having. It was perfect. Easy to hang, unobtrusive and did the job of softly shading our yard.

This is a great product. I purchased two. Definitely suited my needs. My deck is on the south side of my house, so this always provides an area of shade. I gave these four stars because there wasn't any hardware supplied, but for this price I was ok with that. The installation was a bit tedious, though once installed, I enjoyed a cooler deck. I also live next to a golf course and have a large cottonwood tree in my yard. This sunshade sail is multipurpose, keeping any stray golf ball off my deck and the bird droppings off of my deck furniture. This sail is very easy to clean the bird droppings of with a hose. If you are looking for a cheaper way to enjoy your deck or patio, but have too much sun, try this product. If you have any questions about installation let me know.

Fantastic quality for the price, and even for much more. Highly recommend for anyone needed real shade for a temporary use. Great buy!

The first one of these was so great, that I had to buy another! Together, they provide much needed shade for my deck and hot tub. I also liked the fact that they can be taken down easily when big storms (hurricanes) threaten to descend on our area. Great product, easy installation and good service from this vendor. Tks!

The sun has been scorching my plants this year, so I decided to try this over my concrete deck. It has worked perfectly. Shades the deck enough under and my plants are doing better. Also nice shade for the family and relief from the hot sun.

Nice shade for the price and easily installed. The only complaint I have is the rope that comes with the shade is nylon braided and won't hold a knot. I bought some stretch straps that are easily adjusted for $8.00 and they work great. I plan on buying another one for some more shade.

We put all 3 up in one day using our own hardware and cords. They make comfortable shade, hold up in the wind, and look great! I'm happy we bought these - if we needed more these are what we would order - ours showed up in 4 days!

I love this sun shade sail. It is great quality, beautiful color and the price is unbelievable. This is so large and covers a large portion of the shallow end of our pool and most of our back porch. Our 6 month old baby loves to be out underneath it and I can rest assure she is protected more than just sun screen with these UV protected sails. Also here in TX it is nice to have an area that is about 5-7 degrees cooler than being in the direct heat. I highly reccomend this sail. I get so many compliments on it and everyone asks me how they can get one too! I love that!!
